Alex and Dave responded promptly to my initial call about a drainage problem, and diagnosed and subsequently installed a solution (involving 'heavy duty' manual digging of trenches and installation of 'aggy' drains) that has worked well during recent heavy rains. They were also consistently very patient in responding to my many questions - which was much appreciated.
