Our Story

PlumbCall started as a one-person operation in January 1997. Robert Mackay, the Founder, had initial plans to develop the plumbing maintenance market into a more serviceable platform. 

Part of that plan was to make it faster and easier for our clients to get their plumbing issues serviced. To provide our clients with a trusted brand they can rely on – 24rs a day. A service that is readily available when you are.

In contrast, a plumber joining the network has the fulfilment of operating a successful Turn-Key business. At PlumbCall, our goal is to ‘Make Plumbing Great Again’…! Not just a JOB – but a business that works for you. If we get it right at the top, it filters down to provide excellent service to our clients.

With years of development and experience behind it, the system has proven itself and continues to improve as we strive for overall client satisfaction. And it doesn’t matter which side of the fence you might be on, be it a client or a plumber.
